DIVERSIFIED AUTOMATION installs building automation system in Figueroa at Wilshire
Located in downtown Los Angeles, this 52 story 1,200,000 sq. ft. building has over 32,000 points, five chiller systems, 1500 VAV boxes, 65 air handlers, and 55 fan systems. The building automation system also controls all indoor lighting and outdoor lighting. Tenants control their after-hours HVAC and lighting via an intuitive telephone interface. In addition, the system provides management with detailed after-hours invoices with flexible billing rates that produce substantial income for the building owner. The new 18,000 square foot, multi-level House of Blues located in the DOWNTOWN DISNEY® District of Anaheim features a state-of-the-art, live music venue accommodating approximately 900 people and a 300-seat restaurant, with balcony dining, serving the best in southern-style and California regional cuisine. The ASI Controls building automation system was installed by Diversified Automation. Trenton Corp. Plaza opens in Diamond Bar with a Energy Management and Card Access System
Building controls in this 3 story, 140,000 sq. ft. building located in Diamond Bar, California includes an ASI Controls energy management system and a Checkpoint Systems access control system. After-hours HVAC and lighting control via telephone with tenant billing is also included. DIVERSIFIED AUTOMATION installs Wonderware automation system at the Fairplex!
This is the 60 acre, 700,000+ square foot home of the Los Angeles County Fair. The Fairplex building automation system controls 10 buildings via an underground high speed network. The system controls and monitors all HVAC, indoor lighting and outdoor lighting in all exhibition buildings and administrative areas. Additionally, each major building is individually metered thus providing information on energy usage for each building and its events.
